About

Ice Cold Outbound is a content site about cold outreach – email, DMs, sequences, follow-ups, objection handling. Everything you need to reach people who don't know you yet and make them glad you showed up.

It's run by Joe Parker, a solo builder who ships apps, SaaS products, and marketing systems. Joe does outbound for his own products – Scouter (creator discovery SaaS), Prospect Organic (growth services), and a handful of other things. He's sent thousands of cold messages across email, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

That's the difference between this site and most outbound content. Joe isn't a sales coach selling sales coaching. He's a builder who figured out outbound because he needed to sell his own stuff. Different lens. Different advice.

What you'll find here

Templates and scripts. Copy-pasteable cold emails, DM openers, and follow-up sequences. Not generic "personalize your first line" advice – actual messages with actual results attached.

Breakdowns. Real campaigns dissected. What was sent, how many replies came back, what worked, what flopped. Numbers included.

Strategy. When to email vs. DM. How to build sequences that don't annoy. How to handle objections without being pushy. The structural thinking behind outbound that converts.

What you won't find here

No "10x your pipeline" energy. No screenshots of reply rates with the context cropped out. No $997 course with a countdown timer. No guru energy of any kind.

The content is free. It's practical. It's specific enough to use today.

The bigger picture

Cold outreach is one skill. Joe teaches 46 of them – product development, marketing systems, AI workflows, growth strategy – through the Spec Coding Mentorship. If outbound is the only skill you need, this site has you covered. If you want the full stack, that's what the mentorship is for.

Need to find the right people before you reach out? Scouter is a creator discovery tool that does the targeting work so you can focus on the message.
